Herondale Farm (Ancramdale, Columbia County, NY) have just supplied us with their first batch of Certified Organic Pasture-raised veal.In keeping with Organic Connection's production requirements for beef, the young cattle have been freely ranging on pasture. This is a very different scenario to common non-organic veal production of keeping animals penned.
